Welcome to your new life.
I’m Connie, and I love working with people who’ve been entrenched in the corporate world or government positions and who feel stuck. Been there, done that. I have worked in government and NGO roles for 20+ years, and I’ve seen first-hand the impact of long work hours and stressful deadlines on the human psyche. Many clients see me because they feel they’ve lost their authentic voice to career expectations and they’re struggling to find balance.
When we work 9-5 (or 7-8 for some of us!), we are already stretched… and then life happens. Relationships and friendships end, we lose those we love. Our various roles as parent, child, spouse, colleague and community member are constantly shifting.
How do we integrate all of the aspects of ourselves?
This is where our work begins.
In our sessions, we will create a safe space to examine feelings of overwhelm and uncertainty. We will unpack dormant emotions that may be causing unconscious stress and burnout. These may be playing out in your life as irritation, frustration or anxiety.
For many people who work in the corporate sector, we can sometimes become disconnected from our physiological responses to emotion. Although our bodies show us the symptoms and signs of ‘what’s not working’, we can forget to pay attention. In my sessions, we will learn how to listen again, together.
I love helping clients to reconnect with their soul’s truth and to figure out how they most want to show up in the world.
This starts with self-trust.
Let’s work together to design a life that inspires and invigorates you – a path that’s nourishing and offers longevity for your health, relationships and wellbeing.
